The bain-marie. Bain-Marie tanks with rounded corners allowing an easy maintenance and complying with NF food hygiene standards.
The Small Simmer Plate PM. This plate sits over a pair of burners in place of the pan supports. It gives you a graded temperature with one burner off, and one on, ideal for keeping dishes warm and for simmering. Dimensions: 510 x 260mm.
The Griddle Plates GR 2. The cast iron ridged griddle sits on a lateral pan support above a pair of fast burners. By using one burner on maximum debit and the other on half debit, you can quickly seal large cuts of meat on the hotter end and then cook them through on the less hot end. Dimensions: 505 x 260mm.
Gas cookers’ hobs. Equipped with different powered burners from 1.5 to 5kW, the hob is designed to acept large saucepans - up to 40cm diameter over the 5kW burner without interfering with the other burners.
The fat fryers. Pressed steel container with rounded corners for easy cleaning and better hygiene. The element block is removable to further aid cleaning and the fryers conform to the Health and Safety standards (NF) for hygiene.
Constructed from polished stainless steel in one pressing, the hobs are designed to hold a large quantity of spills without risk of overflow and they are extremely easy to clean for a perfect hygiene.
Safety device Every gas burner on the hob and in the oven is equipped with a thermocouple safety device for peace of mind.
The oven door handles are ergonomically designed for a safer, surer grip and optimum comfort.
The modular units can be fitted with a racking system for Gastronorm GN 1/1 dishes. This allows practical, tidy storage without wasting space.

The stable feet guarantee a rigid cooking surface and allow easy cleaning underneath the ranges.
The ovens (single or double). The ovens, finished in smooth anti-acidic enamel with four shelf heights, allow you to raise or lower your dishes to achieve the optimum cooking temperatures. Three types of ovens in different sizes are available allowing you to choose the ideal solution for your cooking requirements: gas oven, static electric and convection oven. They are all very easy to clean.
